  • 4 cups Fresh spinach Use baby spinach for a tender texture.
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumble for easy mixing.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing garlic.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a rich, creamy sauce.
  • to taste Salt Adjust based on personal preference.
  • to taste Pepper Add freshly cracked black pepper.

Preparation

  • Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream, cooking until slightly thickened.
  • Crumble in feta cheese, then add cooked gnocchi.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm with extra feta and black pepper on top.

Notes

Pairs well with a crisp green salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat on low, adding a bit of cream if needed.
