Ingredients
  

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 ¼ cups warm water 110°F
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional toppings: pepperoni mushrooms, onions, bell peppers

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Activate Yeast: In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
  • 2️⃣ Prepare Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  • 3️⃣ Let It Rise: Cover dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • 4️⃣ Preheat & Roll: Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C). Roll out dough into a 12-inch circle.
  • 5️⃣ Assemble: Spread pizza sauce over the dough, then add cheese and toppings.
  • 6️⃣ Bake: Place on a pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • 7️⃣ Enjoy: Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
