A creamy and refreshing avocado bubble tea made with ripe avocado, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and chewy tapioca pearls. Perfect as a dessert drink or a cool afternoon treat.

- 1 Ripe avocado Peeled and pitted
- 0.5 cup Tapioca pearls Cooked
- 0.75 cup Milk Dairy or non-dairy
- 2 –3 tbsp Sweetened condensed milk Adjust to taste
- 1 –2 tsp Brown sugar syrup Optional for layering
- 1 cup Ice Crushed or cubed
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract Optional
Cook the tapioca pearls:
Boil tapioca pearls according to package instructions (usually 5–10 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix with a teaspoon of brown sugar syrup if desired.
Blend the avocado mixture:
In a blender, combine the ripe avocado, milk, condensed milk, vanilla (optional), and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the drink:
Add the boba pearls to the bottom of a tall glass. Pour the avocado blend over the pearls.
Add brown sugar syrup (optional):
Drizzle some along the inside of the glass for presentation and added sweetness.
Serve and enjoy:
Insert a wide straw and serve immediately while cold.
