Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream Can use homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Milk Whole skim, or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate wafers Crushed or finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder Unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Sugar or sweetener Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream For whipped cream topping
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat the Milk: In a saucepan, gently heat the milk to 140–160°F (60–70°C). Do not boil.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a blender or shaker, combine the warm milk, Baileys Irish Cream, cocoa powder, and sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add Chocolate Wafers: Crush the chocolate wafers and stir them into the mixture for a rich, textured flavor.
  • Prepare Whipped Cream: Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Assemble the Drink: Pour the Baileys mixture into glasses over ice. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed chocolate wafers on top.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace Baileys Irish Cream with a non-alcoholic Irish cream syrup.
  • Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake well before serving.
  • Experiment with different types of chocolate wafers (dark, milk, or white) for unique flavor variations.
