  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
  • 1/4 cup Bang Bang sauce Can substitute with teriyaki or sweet chili sauce.
  • 8 pieces wooden skewers Soak in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Preparation

  • Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into evenly sized pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in Bang Bang sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes.
  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  • Place the skewers in the preheated air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400°F for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes

For best results, check chicken doneness with a meat thermometer. Experiment with different sauces for variety.
