Preparation

  • Roast the beef bones and vegetables for 30 minutes.
  • Simmer the roasted mixture in water for 2 hours to create a hearty broth.
  • Strain the broth to remove solids.
  • Dehydrate the strained broth until it becomes a concentrated powder.
