Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Add according to preference.
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • Big Mac sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and a bit of vinegar) Adjust to taste or double for more flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into slider patties.

Cooking

  • Cook the patties on a grill or skillet until fully cooked.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly in the oven.

Assembly

  • Assemble the sliders: place a patty on the bottom half of the bun, add a slice of cheese, some shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
  • Place the top bun on the slider and serve warm.

Notes

Big Mac Sliders are best served warm right out of the oven. You can pair them with French fries or a fresh salad. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
