Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Prepare Ribs: Pat the ribs dry and coat them with olive oil.
  • Season: Mix salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Rub the seasoning evenly over the ribs.
  • Sear (Optional): Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the ribs for 2-3 minutes per side for extra flavor.
  • Bake: Place ribs in a baking dish, add beef broth, cover with foil, and bake for 2 hours.
  • Add BBQ Sauce: Remove foil, brush with BBQ sauce, and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until caramelized.
