  • Add the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine.
  • Return the ribs to the pot, ensuring they’re partially submerged in the liquid.
  • Cover the pot with a lid or foil and place it in the preheated oven.

  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and enjoy your succulent boneless beef short ribs!

Notes

  • Slow Cooking Tip: If you have a slow cooker, you can also cook the beef short ribs on low for 6-8 hours instead of using the oven. This will make them even more tender.
  • Flavor Adjustment: Adjust the sweetness or saltiness of the sauce by adding more brown sugar or soy sauce to taste.
  • Substitute for Beef Broth: If you don’t have beef broth, you can use vegetable broth for a lighter version or chicken broth if preferred.
  • Resting the Meat: Allow the beef ribs to rest for a few minutes after cooking. This helps the juices redistribute and keeps the meat tender.
  • Serve with: These ribs pair wonderfully with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple green salad.
