Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken Use leftover or rotisserie chicken
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • ½ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Blue cheese crumbles Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, Frank’s RedHot Sauce, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in shredded chicken and cheddar cheese until evenly mixed.
  • Spread the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Optional: Top with blue cheese crumbles or green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a low-carb or keto version, serve with celery or bell pepper sticks instead of chips.
  • This dip can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
  • To freeze, bake first, cool completely, and freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
