- 2 cups cooked pasta penne or fusilli
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
Reduce heat and add butter, heavy cream, and milk to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in cheesy sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
