Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked pasta penne or fusilli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
  • Reduce heat and add butter, heavy cream, and milk to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in cheesy sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Best enjoyed fresh; reheating may slightly thicken the sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
