- 2 large chicken breasts sliced into strips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 –5 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Optional Add-Ins: Spinach bell peppers, red onion, avocado, hot sauce
Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken dry, slice into strips, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush onto one side of each tortilla.
Assemble Wraps: Place tortillas buttered-side down, layer cheese, cooked chicken, and any optional add-ins. Top with more cheese and fold.
Toast Wraps: Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
