  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

  • In a large pot, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
  • In the same pot, add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the ranch seasoning mix to coat the chicken.
  • Add the penne pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in crumbled bacon and shredded cheese until melted.
  • Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
