Chocolate Chip Peep Stuffed Easter Cookies
Delightful and soft chocolate chip cookies filled with gooey marshmallow Peeps, perfect for Easter festivities.
Ingredients
Cookie Dough
- 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough Pre-made or homemade
- 12 pieces marshmallow Peeps Easter-themed Peeps or regular ones can be used.
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven according to the cookie dough package instructions.
- Scoop out a small portion of cookie dough and flatten it in your hand.
- Place one marshmallow Peep in the center and wrap the dough around it, forming a ball.
- Repeat for all the cookie dough and Peeps.
Baking
- Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake according to cookie dough package instructions or until golden brown.
Notes
Store leftover cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to a month in a freezer-safe bag. For faster prep, use a cookie scoop.
