Ingredients
  

For the dip

  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Washed and chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Grated cheese Mix of mozzarella and parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation

  • Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems. Sauté in a skillet over medium heat until wilted, about 3–4 minutes. Let cool, then chop finely.
  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Blend until evenly incorporated.
  • Fold in the chopped spinach and half of the grated cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with the remaining grated cheese.
  • If serving cold, refrigerate for at least one hour. For warm dip, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20–25 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Greek yogurt can be substituted for sour cream. For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes or mix in chopped artichokes.
