Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Dried butterfly pea flowers Or 2 tbsp powder
  • 2 cups Hot water For brewing tea
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca pearls boba Cooked according to package
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Or preferred sweetener
  • - - Ice cubes As needed
  • - - Lemon juice Optional for color change
  • - - Pandan leaves or flavored syrups Optional for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Brew the tea: Pour hot water over butterfly pea flowers. Steep 5–10 minutes. Strain.
  • Cook the boba: Boil tapioca pearls according to package instructions. Drain, rinse, and optionally toss with sugar.
  • Sweeten tea: Stir sugar or sweetener into warm tea until dissolved.
  • Assemble: In a tall glass, add boba, ice, tea, then coconut milk.
  • Optional: Add lemon juice for color change or drizzle syrup for flavor.
  • Serve immediately with a wide straw.
