  • 1 pound ground beef Cooked until browned.
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For topping.
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots For topping.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For serving, pair with a side salad or fresh bread. Add toppings like chopped green onions or sour cream for flair. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 2 months.
