For the Sliders

  • 12 pieces slider buns Choose your favorite slider buns.
  • 12 slices bacon Cook until crispy.
  • 8 large eggs Fresh eggs work best.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to use other cheese types.
  • 1/2 cup milk Milk helps make the eggs fluffy.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust to your preference.
  • 2 tablespoons butter For cooking the eggs.
  • to taste hot sauce Optional, for serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then pour in the egg mixture. Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are fluffy and fully set.
  • Slice the slider buns in half, keeping the bottoms and tops attached.

Assembly

  • Layer the bacon evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  • Spoon the scrambled eggs over the bacon, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Crown the sliders with the top halves of the buns, pressing down gently.
  • Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are warm.
  • Remove from the oven, and if desired, brush with melted butter for added flavor.

Serving

  • Serve warm with optional hot sauce and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders are quick to prepare and can be customized with different meats or veggies. Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
