Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken Patties

  • 1 ½ pounds ground chicken breast
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • - - salt to taste

  • For the Toppings & Assembly

  • 4 - brioche or burger buns
  • 4 slices white cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or BBQ sauce
  • - - fresh lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  • Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties. Press slightly flat.
  • Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil to prevent sticking.
  • Cook patties 5–6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Place a slice of cheddar on each patty during the last minute of cooking and cover until melted.
  • Lightly toast burger buns on grill or pan.
  • Assemble burgers: bottom bun → lettuce → tomato → onion → patty → top bun.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy hot.

  • For extra smoky flavor, cook on an outdoor grill.
