Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add melted white chocolate and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes.
Combine the pudding with the cream cheese mixture.
Gently fold in the whipped topping.
Spoon the mixture into dessert cups or a baking dish.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Top with fresh strawberries or any desired toppings.
Notes
You can make this gluten-free by using an almond flour crust or skipping crust entirely. Add fresh berries, chocolate shavings, or nuts for texture.
