Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Fresh strawberries for natural sweetness.
  • 1 cup blueberries Packed with antioxidants.
  • 1 cup melon, cubed Choose your favorite type of melon.
  • 1 cup grapes, halved Seedless grapes work best.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash all the fruits thoroughly.
  • Slice the strawberries and cube the melon.
  • Halve the grapes and combine all the fruits in a large bowl.
  • Toss gently to mix.
  • Serve immediately, or store in the fridge until ready to pack.

Notes

This salad can be prepared the night before and stored in the refrigerator. You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice to prevent browning.
