Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk or cream dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup eggnog store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or preferred sweetener adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • Optional Garnish / Add-ins:
  • Whipped cream for serving
  • Extra sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine milk (or cream), eggnog, and sugar over medium heat.
  • Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is warm, but do not boil.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon (if using).
  • Let the creamer cool to room temperature.
  • Pour the creamer into a glass jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Shake well before each use and add to your coffee, latte, or espresso as desired.
