  • 1 medium bell pepper, finely diced Any color bell pepper works.
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped Gives freshness.

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder Adjust for desired heat.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.

Preparation

  • Start by draining the corn if you’re using canned corn. Chop the bell peppers and green onions finely.

Mixing the Base

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.

Combine Ingredients

  • Gently fold in the corn, chopped bell peppers, and green onions.

Seasoning

  • Sprinkle garlic powder, chili powder, and salt into the mixture, adjusting to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Chill and Serve

  • Let the dip chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes
