- 1 cup Strawberries Sliced
- 1 cup Blueberries Fresh rinsed
- 2 cups Whipped Cream Homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup Angel Food Cake Cut into cubes
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Optional for flavoring whipped cream
In a bowl, gently mix the whipped cream with vanilla extract (if using).
Prepare your cups or glasses for layering.
Add a layer of cubed angel food cake to the bottom.
Spoon a layer of whipped cream on top of the cake.
Add a layer of strawberries, then another layer of cream.
Top with blueberries and a final small dollop of whipped cream.
Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
