Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Strawberries Sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh rinsed
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Angel Food Cake Cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Optional for flavoring whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, gently mix the whipped cream with vanilla extract (if using).
  • Prepare your cups or glasses for layering.
  • Add a layer of cubed angel food cake to the bottom.
  • Spoon a layer of whipped cream on top of the cake.
  • Add a layer of strawberries, then another layer of cream.
  • Top with blueberries and a final small dollop of whipped cream.
  • Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute pound cake or shortcake for angel food cake.
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut whipped cream.
  • Great to prep ahead in cups and cover with plastic wrap for picnics.
