Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Grapes halved if large
  • 1 cup Pineapple diced
  • 1 cup Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp Honey for the dressing
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds optional adds texture
  • Fresh Mint optional chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all fruits by slicing or dicing as needed.
  • Place all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruits and gently toss to coat.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 5–10 minutes if desired.
  • Garnish with fresh mint before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any seasonal fruits like mango, peach, or melon.
  • To keep apples or bananas from browning, add them last or toss with lemon juice.
