- 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Grapes halved if large
- 1 cup Pineapple diced
- 1 cup Kiwi peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp Honey for the dressing
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds optional adds texture
- Fresh Mint optional chopped, for garnish
Wash and prepare all fruits by slicing or dicing as needed.
Place all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds.
Pour the dressing over the fruits and gently toss to coat.
