Ingredients
  

  • Group 1: Brown Sugar Cookie Crust
  • 1 cup – Unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup – Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup – Granulated sugar
  • 1 – Large egg
  • 1 tsp – Vanilla extract
  • cups – All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp – Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp – Salt
  • Group 2: Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 oz – Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup – Unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup – Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp – Vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tsp – Lemon juice optional
  • Group 3: Fruit Topping
  • 1 cup – Strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup – Blueberries
  • 1 – Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup – Grapes halved
  • ½ cup – Mandarin oranges
  • 1 tbsp – Honey or apricot jam optional, for glaze

Instructions
 

  • Make the Crust: Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt to form dough.
  • Bake: Press dough into pizza pan. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Make Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla (plus lemon juice if desired).
  • Frost the Crust: Spread frosting evenly over cooled crust.
  • Add Fruit: Decorate with fresh fruit.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Brush with honey/jam for shine if desired.
  • Serve: Slice like a pizza and enjoy cold!
