- 1 cup – Unsalted butter softened
- ¾ cup – Brown sugar
- ¼ cup – Granulated sugar
- 1 – Large egg
- 1 tsp – Vanilla extract
- 2¼ cups – All-purpose flour
- ½ tsp – Baking soda
- ¼ tsp – Salt
- Group 2: Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz – Cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup – Unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup – Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp – Vanilla extract
- 1 –2 tsp – Lemon juice optional
- Group 3: Fruit Topping
- 1 cup – Strawberries sliced
- ½ cup – Blueberries
- 1 – Kiwi peeled and sliced
- ½ cup – Grapes halved
- ½ cup – Mandarin oranges
- 1 tbsp – Honey or apricot jam optional, for glaze
Make the Crust: Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt to form dough.
Bake: Press dough into pizza pan. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes. Cool completely.
Make Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla (plus lemon juice if desired).
Frost the Crust: Spread frosting evenly over cooled crust.
Add Fruit: Decorate with fresh fruit.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Brush with honey/jam for shine if desired.
Serve: Slice like a pizza and enjoy cold!
