  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 100 g butter Melted
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 2 pieces eggs

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra fudginess, do not overmix the batter. You can serve fudge brownies on their own or with ice cream, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce. They store well in an airtight container for 3-5 days at room temperature or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
