  • 1 unit cucumber
  • 2 units carrots
  • 1 unit bell pepper (any color)
  • small scoop cream cheese or hummus Used as a glue to hold the veggies together

Preparation

  • Start by washing all the vegetables thoroughly.
  • Cut the cucumber into thick rounds to create the base of your ghost.
  • Shape the carrots into ghostly figures and place them on top of the cucumber rounds.
  • Use the cream cheese or hummus to 'glue' the carrot ghosts to the cucumber.
  • Cut small circles from the black olives for the ghost's eyes and place them on the carrot.
  • Arrange the ghost veggies on a platter for serving.

Notes

For added vibrancy, use a variety of colored bell peppers, and feel free to add other veggies like celery sticks or radishes. You can also use edible markers to draw faces on the olives for extra fun.
