Guava White Tea Lemonade

- 2 cups water for brewing tea
- 2 white tea bags or 2 tsp loose white tea leaves
- 2 ripe guavas peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 –3 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes for serving
- Optional garnishes: mint leaves lemon slices, guava slices
Brew the Tea: Boil 2 cups of water and steep the white tea bags or leaves for 3–5 minutes. Strain and let cool.
Prepare Guava Puree: Blend peeled and chopped guavas until smooth. Strain if desired.
Combine Ingredients: In a pitcher, mix brewed tea, guava puree, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well. Add 2 cups cold water and adjust sweetness if needed.
Chill: Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Serve: Pour over ice. Garnish with mint, lemon, or guava slices. Optional: replace some water with sparkling water for fizz.
