Guava White Tea Lemonade

A refreshing tropical drink made with fresh guava, white tea, and lemon. Perfect for summer or a light, fruity refreshment.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water for brewing tea
  • 2 white tea bags or 2 tsp loose white tea leaves
  • 2 ripe guavas peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Optional garnishes: mint leaves lemon slices, guava slices

Instructions
 

  • Brew the Tea: Boil 2 cups of water and steep the white tea bags or leaves for 3–5 minutes. Strain and let cool.
  • Prepare Guava Puree: Blend peeled and chopped guavas until smooth. Strain if desired.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a pitcher, mix brewed tea, guava puree, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well. Add 2 cups cold water and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Chill: Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve: Pour over ice. Garnish with mint, lemon, or guava slices. Optional: replace some water with sparkling water for fizz.

Notes

  • Use ripe guavas for best flavor.
  • Adjust sweetener to taste.
  • Serve cold for the most refreshing experience.
