Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and Greek yogurt until well blended.
  • If desired, stir in honey for extra sweetness.
  • Spoon the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray or small muffin cups.
  • Place the tray in the freezer and let them freeze until solid, about 2-3 hours.
  • Once frozen, remove the bites from the tray and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For faster prep, consider using a silicone ice cube tray. They will stay fresh for up to two weeks in the freezer.
