  • Onions 2 medium-sized
  • Carrots 2 medium-sized
  • Celery 2 stalks
  • Dried porcini mushrooms 1/2 oz 14g
  • Tamari or soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sea salt 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Rosemary 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 2 leaves

Instructions
 

  • 1 Prepare all the ingredients: beef bones, onions, carrots, celery, dried porcini mushrooms, tamari, sea salt, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves.
  • 2 Dry the ingredients in a dehydrator or oven until fully dehydrated. Ensure they are completely dry before moving to the next step.
  • 3 Once dry, grind the ingredients into a fine powder using a grinder or food processor.
  • 4 Store the ground powder in airtight containers to preserve freshness and potency.
