- 1 cup dried chicken cooked and dehydrated
- ¼ cup dried onion flakes
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried celery flakes
- 1 tbsp turmeric for color and subtle flavor
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp sea salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 leaf bay leaf crushed
Prepare chicken – Dehydrate cooked chicken in a dehydrator or oven until fully dry. Grind into a fine powder.
Dry vegetables – Ensure onion, garlic, and celery flakes are completely dry to increase shelf life.
Combine ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, mix chicken powder, dried vegetables, herbs, turmeric, pepper, paprika, and salt.
Grind mixture – Blend until uniform and fine to ensure even flavor distribution.
Store properly – Place in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place. Lasts up to 6 months.
