Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup carrot powder
  • ½ cup celery powder
  • ½ cup onion powder
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup leek powder optional
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil or oregano
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all dried vegetable powders in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add herbs, spices, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend the mixture in a spice grinder or blender until fine.
  • Transfer to an airtight jar.
  • Use 1 tablespoon of bouillon powder per 1 cup hot water, or add directly to soups, rice, or sauces.
