Instructions
 

Grilling

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  • Layer one slice of cheese on the bread, followed by the blueberries, and then add the second slice of cheese.
  • Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  • Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your unique blueberry grilled cheese.

Notes

For serving, cut diagonally and pair with fresh fruit or a salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days and reheat on low heat in a skillet.
