Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter Adds smoothness and shine
  • 1/4 cup Erythritol or Monk Fruit Sweetener Sugar-free sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Enhances chocolate taste
  • 1 pinch Salt Balances sweetness
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Optional for extra silkiness

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
  • Slowly pour in heavy cream while whisking continuously to prevent lumps.
  • Stir in erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener) and a pinch of salt until fully dissolved.
  • Lower heat and simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and optional coconut oil for a glossy finish.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
