For the decoration

  • 1 cup crushed keto-friendly cookies Optional, for topping.
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts Optional, for topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mascarpone, erythritol, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Add the cocoa powder gradually and mix until fully incorporated.

Assembly

  • Layer the cream cheese mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.
  • Allow each layer to set in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Once all layers are assembled, chill the dirt cake in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

Decoration

  • Before serving, top with crushed keto-friendly cookies and chopped nuts for added texture.

Notes

For best results, use a stand mixer to ensure the batter remains fluffy. Chilling time is crucial for flavor development.
