Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak Well-seasoned for best flavor.
  • 1 cup provolone or mozzarella cheese Choose cheese that melts well for creaminess.
  • 1 medium bell pepper Sliced thinly.
  • 1 medium onion Sliced thinly.

For the Seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season according to preference.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice the veggies and steak ahead of time.
  • Preheat your skillet over high heat.

Cooking

  • Add the seasoned steak to the hot skillet and cook quickly until browned.
  • Once steak is cooked, remove from heat and mix in the sliced vegetables.
  • On a baking sheet, lay out a portion of cheese, then fill with the steak and veggie mixture. Roll up tightly.
  • Place roll-ups in the oven at 375°F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Notes

Use parchment paper on your baking sheet to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier. Feel free to experiment with spices or add hot sauce for extra flavor.
