Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked tri tip sliced or diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup beef broth optional, for moisture
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: tortillas bread, pasta, or rice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
  • Stir in minced garlic, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add sliced tri tip to the pan, seasoning with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to keep the meat tender.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • Serve in tacos, sandwiches, over rice, or with pasta.
