  • Soak the onion rings in buttermilk or a low-carb marinade for at least 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, crushed pork rinds, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 425°F (220°C).
  • Coat each onion ring in the flour mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  • Place the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

For best results, don't overcrowd the basket in the air fryer. Experiment with additional seasonings like Parmesan cheese for unique flavors.
