ONE-PAN GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN AND VEGGIES

  • 1 Spoon – for mixing and drizzling
  • 1 Small Bowl – for garlic butter mix

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast Boneless cubed
  • 2 cups Baby potatoes Halved
  • 2 cups Green beans Trimmed
  • 3 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  • On a sheet pan, arrange chicken, potatoes, and green beans. Drizzle with garlic butter mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Toss everything lightly to coat.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are tender.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

This meal is customizable — swap green beans for broccoli, or use sweet potatoes instead. It’s meal-prep friendly and great for busy nights!
