Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Feel free to use your favorite cheese.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adjust garlic to taste.
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it’s softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large tortillas Flour or corn tortillas work well.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For cooking the wraps.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, minced garlic, shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
  • Roll the tortillas up tightly to enclose the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Carefully flip the wraps and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Once both sides are crispy, sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and let it melt for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from the skillet and slice in half. Serve hot!

Notes

These wraps are customizable. You can swap chicken for leftover turkey or veggies for a vegetarian option, and add in additional ingredients like sautéed spinach or bell peppers.
