  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter Preferably creamy for better mixing.
  • 1 cup milk or cream Chill before adding for a refreshing drink.

Brewing the Cold Brew

  • In a large jar or cold brew maker, combine the coarse ground coffee and water.
  • Stir gently to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated.
  • Cover and let it steep in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours.

Preparing the Drink

  • After brewing, strain the coffee using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the grounds.
  • In a glass, add the strained cold brew coffee and mix in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  • Pour in the chilled milk or cream and stir to combine.
  • Serve over ice for an extra refreshing drink.

Notes

Experiment with the coffee-to-water ratio to suit your taste preferences. Use a coarse grind to avoid bitterness and allow for optimal extraction.
