Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot Espresso or strong coffee Brewed freshly
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin puree Unsweetened
  • 1 cup Milk Dairy or plant-based almond, oat
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Natural sweetener Maple syrup honey, or agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin spice blend Cinnamon nutmeg, ginger, cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract Optional
  • As needed Whipped cream Optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Brew one shot of espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee.
  • Warm the milk in a saucepan or microwave until hot but not boiling.
  • In a small bowl, mix pumpkin puree, natural sweetener, pumpkin spice blend, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the coffee into a large mug, add the pumpkin mixture and warm milk.
  • Stir well and froth the milk if desired using a frother or whisk.
  • Top with whipped cream if you like, then serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness and spices to taste.
  • For a dairy-free version, use almond or oat milk.
  • Frothing milk adds a cafĂ©-style texture but is optional.
