  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like thyme or parsley) for garnish

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the canned pumpkin puree, crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Using a hand mixer or food processor, blend the ingredients until smooth.
  • Drizzle in the olive oil and maple syrup (or honey). Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend again until everything is well incorporated.
  • Taste your dip and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more maple syrup for sweetness or a touch more yogurt for tanginess. Blend to mix, then transfer to your serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle some fresh herbs on top for garnish and serve it alongside your favorite dippers.

Notes

Serve this dip chilled for a refreshing twist or warm it slightly in the microwave for a comforting version. You can also add crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper for heat, and swap out half of the pumpkin puree for roasted red peppers for a smoky flavor.
