- 2 cups vanilla pudding store-bought or homemade
- 2 cups whipped cream homemade or canned
- 2 tablespoons berry liqueur or fruit juice optional, for soaking cake
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
If using liqueur or juice, lightly soak cake cubes in it for a few minutes.
Place a layer of cake cubes at the bottom of the trifle bowl.
Add a layer of mixed berries over the cake.
Spread a layer of vanilla pudding over the berries.
Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the pudding.
Repeat layers until the bowl is filled, finishing with a whipped cream layer.
Top with fresh berries and mint leaves for garnish.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
