  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 1 inch Ginger Fresh peeled and chopped
  • ½ tsp Ground Turmeric Or 1 tsp fresh turmeric
  • 1 cup Cold Water or Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 –2 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup Optional for sweetness
  • Optional Ice Cubes For chilled smoothie

Instructions
 

  • Prepare ingredients: Peel banana, juice lemon, chop ginger.
  • Add to blender: Combine banana, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, and cold water (or almond milk).
  • Blend: Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust sweetness: Add honey or maple syrup if desired and blend briefly.
  • Serve: Pour into glasses over ice for a refreshing smoothie.
