  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional for garnish)

Notes
