  • 2 bell peppers bell peppers, sliced Any color
  • 1 medium onion, sliced Red or yellow onion recommended
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning Store-bought or homemade
  • 8 small tortillas For serving
