Preparation

  • Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function.

Cooking

  • Add chicken broth, cream cheese, and white beans to the pot.
  • Seal the Instant Pot and select the high pressure setting for 15 minutes.
  • Once cooked, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release.

  • Stir the chili and adjust seasoning if necessary.
