  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use freshly minced garlic for a stronger taste.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a lighter version, substitute with half and half.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Preparation

  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Dijon mustard. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serving

  • Serve the steaks topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

To store leftovers, place the steaks and sauce in an airtight container and refrigerate. They should stay fresh for up to 3 days. When reheating, warm them gently in a skillet over low heat to prevent drying out.
